Unfortunately, I must express my concern regarding this situation. The sizing of the items is not accurate. This is the first time this has happened to me — I carefully selected the sizes according to my measurements, and they do not match at all. It is also the first time I encounter a store that does not offer a 100% refund in this type of situation. It feels more like a penalty for having made a purchase.
I do not believe it is reasonable to require a $30 return shipping fee. I also do not find it fair to receive only 75% or 40% in the form of a gift card. In any of those options, I am losing money as a customer due to a sizing issue that was not accurately reflected.
Even platforms such as AliExpress — for significantly smaller purchases — offer free returns on a first order. Charging $30 for a first-time customer seems excessive and disproportionate.
This is my first purchase with your brand, and this experience does not give me confidence to shop again in the future if I know that, in case of sizing issues or product mismatch, I will be financially penalized.
I believe the most reasonable solution would be a full refund of the purchase amount and a return label provided by you, so I can drop the package off at a shipping point without additional cost. I am not someone who makes frequent returns — this is simply a case where the sizing does not correspond properly.
I sincerely hope you can reconsider and provide a fair resolution. Otherwise, unfortunately, this does not create the security or trust needed for me to continue shopping with your company.
